Dr Masters was born and raised in rural South Australia and completed his medical degree at the University of Adelaide.

He became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2014. He has spent over 10 years working as a GP on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

In 2022 he decided to pursue his increasing interest in skin cancer medicine and surgery and joined the team at Skintech Medical in Victor Harbor working as a full-time skin cancer doctor.

Dr Masters has recently completed an advanced clinical certificate of dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.

Dr Masters enjoys spending his free time with his family and helping to coach his boys soccer and cricket teams.
